SYNOPSIS

This Project required participant to design bench for few MRT station that will be build such as HKL Station, Raja Uda Station, Ampang Park Station and Conlay Station. Each place must have unique conceptual design that related to the site context. Each bench have their own unique design that related to the identity of the site. The bench been design using material and method that can be done in Malaysia.

HKL Poster

This project require to design a
bench for Hospital Kuala Lumpur MRT
Station base on the theme given which is
promoting well-being. We need to
design bench that not exceed 2 meter
and need to accomodate person of each
bench that related to the context

Raja Uda Poster

This project require to design a
bench for Raja Uda MRT Station base on
the theme given which is preserve the
heritage of the surrounding. We need to
design bench that not exceed 2 meter
and need to accomodate person of each
bench that related to the context

Ampang Park Poster

This bench called The Breaker which means to break up the busy and stressful environment at the station. The bench have a few element of vibrant it self. This bench will let someone to take a break and enjoy the time while waiting train arrive. The theme of this station is vibrancy which it means being full of energy and life. This bench been built with Lighting effect to emphasize the bench. It have a color that make someone feel energize.

Conlay Poster

This bench called Symbolize which means to symbolize Malaysia Culture at the station. The bench have a few element from one of Malaysia Handicraft Which is Wau Bulan. The theme of this station is discovering culture which it means to find, to learn, to identify and to expose the culture. The form of this bench is base on Wau Bulan it self by using element of Wau Bulan.
