The project aims to create and renovate existing buildings in a modern vernacular architectural style through adaptive reuse practices, inspired by the history and culture of the Mendailing ethnic group. The concept of this building is "Unity of History", in which the element of unity has been applied on the roof ,and all spaces are covered by a large roof.
